Q1. How do I pay?

A1. You can pay us by cheque, postal order, paypal or international payment order. However, you MUST ask us first to confirm the availability, total cost including postage & packing and expected date of delivery.

Q2. How much is postage and packaging?

A2. Costs will vary according to the weight of the item and the destination. Please ask us to quote for you.

Q3. How long will it take to recieve my order?

A3. Most orders will be processed and received within 3-5 working days. However, some items, especially those that have to be made from scratch will take longer; please contact us for an estimate.

Q4. Do you undertake casting commisions?

A4. Yes - Sometimes - this depends on the item required and the size and complexity of the casting.
